Melanie Olson Giles, MA, CCC-SLP

  • Melanie is a Speech-Language Pathologist who is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association.

  • Is the clinical director and member of STG, LLC.  
  • Has training, which involves extensive evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders, completing over 2000 swallow studies.  
  • Melanie has focused in the area of augmentative communication, with training in the dynavox, voice output computers.  
  • Other interests include autism with application through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), pediatric through geriatric motor speech disorders, social skill training, functional communication, language and cognitive-linguistic therapy.
    Melanie works with pediatrics through geriatrics.

  • Mary is a Speech-Language Pathologist who is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed in MA. 
  • Is the Assistant Clinical Director for STG, LLC.  
  • Has over 25 years of experience as a speech-Language Pathologist and rehabilitation manager. 
  • Has worked in a variety of settings including: skilled nursing facilities, acute inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, out-patient clinics, acute care hospitals, public schools, charter and collaborative schools, as well as early intervention. 
  • Mary's passion and expertise is in adult and geriatric rehabilitation, cognition, oral functioning & swallowing disorders
  • Mary has spoken both nationally and locally in the areas cognitive rehabilitation of dysphagia management, normal aging vs. dementia, young stroke rehabilitation, communication and swallowing disorders in Multiple Sclerosis, traumatic head injury rehabilitation, time management and team management. 
  • Mary’s past positions include: Clinical Director for Easter Seals Massachusetts, Clinical Director for the North Andover Region for SunDance Rehabilitation, Director of Outpatient Speech Therapy Programs for the New England Rehabilitation Hospital
  • She developed an interdisciplinary dysphasia outpatient clinic, an interdisciplinary Senior Stroke Rehabilitation Program, and managed the Augmentative and Environmental Adaptation Clinic for the New England Rehabilitation Hospital.
  • Mary was recognized as the SunDance Rehabilitation Speech Clinical Director of the Year in1997.

  • She completed her Masters of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of New Hampshire. 
  • Molly has experience in a variety of settings including: public schools, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation and nursing centers.
  • She evaluates and treats pediatrics through geriatrics.
  • Molly is trained in PECS: Picture Exchange Communication System and LiPS (Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing Program).
  • Additional training includes, but is not limited to: Treatment of Childhood Apraxia of Speech: Incorporating Principals of Motor Learning, Sensory Diets, Facilitating Decoding, Reading Fluency, and Spelling: Using Research and Theory as a Guide.

Stephanie Nostin, MS, CCC-SLP

  • Stephanie is a speech-language pathologist who is a graduate of Worcester State College.  She has worked in several settings which include nursing homes, schools, adult rehabilitation facilities, and private clinics. 
  • Stephanie has conducted therapy in a variety of models including pull-out, inclusion, small group and large group.
  • Stephanie’s extensive training includes work with school-age children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. 
  • She has experience in treatment and diagnostics in the following areas: Articulation, Language, Swallowing, Voice, Hearing Loss, Fluency, Accent Reduction, and Behavior (i.e. Applied Behavior Analysis and the implementation of Picture Exchange Communication Systems regarding children with Pervasive Developmental Disorder). 
  • Social skill training and the area of augmentative alternative communication is a strength for Stephanie.
  • Stephanie has observed and participated in several Modified Barium Swallow studies as well as designed appropriate therapeutic diets and treatment plans for individuals with dysphagia.
  • Stephanie works with pediatrics through geriatrics.

  • Angela is a Speech-Language pathologist who is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed in MA. 
  • She completed her master's of science degree in speech-language pathology from Northeastern University.
  • Angela worked in early intervention for three years and has worked with children and families from diverse backgrounds. 
  • She has also worked in a public school system, rehabilitation hospital, and pediatric outpatient clinic. 
  • Angela has experience with a wide variety of disorders including:  expressive and receptive language, apraxia, sensory integration disorder, autism, central auditory processing disorder, developmental delay, hearing loss, articulation, and fluency.

Jessica Seay, MS,CCC-SLP

  • Jessica is a graduate from Emerson College with her master's in Speech Pathology.
  • She is a clinical supervisor and feeding/swallowing specialist at Speech Therapy Group.
  • Jessica works with head and neck cancers and has extensive training in both modified barium swallow studies and FEES(fiberoptic endoscopy evaluation of the swallow).
  • Jessica is also a voice specialist and works with both children and adults with feeding and voice disorders. Currently she evaluates and treats patients as well as supervisors both speech assistants and clinical fellows.

Meghan Connolly, MS/CCC-SLP

  • Meghan is a Speech Language Pathologist who is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association, and is licensed in MA.
  • She completed her Master's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of New Hampshire.
  • Meghan has experience in a variety of settings including; public schools, outpatient rehabilitation hospitals, neonatal intensive care units (NICU), pediatric intensive care units (PICU) and acute care hospital settings.
  • She evaluates and treats primarily pediatric patients across the spectrum of speech, language and swallowing/feeding disorders.
  • Meghan has training in evaluating and treating pediatric feeding disorders with children who present with sensory issues as well as children who are more medically fragile/complex.
  • Additionally Meghan has worked with children who present with oral motor disorders, articulation difficulties and/or expressive or receptive language disorders.

Colleen is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with Speech Therapy Group. Colleen completed her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of New Hampshire in Communication Sciences and Disorders, along with a minor in Deaf and Hard of Hearing Studies, and is licensed in MA. Colleen has worked both in outpatient rehabilitation centers and the public school system.

Rachael is a Speech-Language Pathology- Assistant with Speech Therapy Group. Rachael completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Vermont in Communication Disorders and is licensed in MA.
